RULES AND REGULATIONS SPECIFIC TO THE RESERVED AREA OF Manresa SB
1. Normal Day Use Fees are charged to ALL vehicles entering the park.
2. With prior arrangement, set up may begin as early as 7 am. The area must be cleaned and vacated no later than 10pm in the summer and half-hour after sunset in the winter.
3. The maximum number attending the event is limited to 250 people.
4. No amplified music (live bands or DJ’s) or microphones are allowed. Small radios or non-amplified live music is permissible as long as the sound does not carry beyond the reserved area.
5. A small number of parking spaces may be reserved to assist with set up for the event. All other parking is available on first come, first served only. When a parking space is made available, that space is available to anyone who has paid the Day Use Fee and it cannot be reserved. NO DOUBLE PARKING allowed. Yellow loading/unloading zones, red curbs and disabled parking spaces are strictly monitored and enforced.
6. Decorations such as streamers or tablecloths must either be tied or taped in place. No nails, tacks, staples or fasteners of any kind that penetrate wood are permitted. Rice, birdseed, balloons, confetti and the like are not allowed to be thrown in the park. These items are non-native and may affect the plants and wildlife in the park. No flowers or plants going to seed are allowed.
7. The reserved area must be left in clean condition (all garbage and food products deposited into trashcans or if cans fill up, bagged in plastic bags and left next to the trashcans). All decorations must be removed before vacating the area. Recycling is encouraged.
FAILURE TO FOLLOW RULES & REGULATIONS WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF SECURITY DEPOSIT
